Juva Yachts e/y 30 reservation terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the reservation of a Juva e/Y 30 boat from Juva Yachts Oy (“Juva Yachts”).

  1. Contents and purpose of the preorder

    1. Juva Yachts is about to begin production of the Juva e/Y 30 electric boat and is offering a possibility to make a reservation and ensure the option to later order the boat among the first.
    2. By making a reservation and paying the reservation fee the customer is reserving the possibility to make a binding order on a Juva e/Y 30 boat at a later date declared by Juva Yachts. Juva Yachts will first offer the possibility to make a binding order for those who have made a reservation before opening orders for the public.
    3. The reservation does not constitute a purchase agreement on the Juva e/Y 30 boat and is not binding on the customer or Juva Yachts.

  2. Reservation and the reservation fee

    1. In connection with the reservation Juva Yachts will charge the customer a reservation fee of 500 euros (incl. VAT). The reservation fee is invoiced separately.
    2. If the customer later makes a binding order on a Juva e/Y 30 boat, the reservation fee will be deducted from the total price of the boat.
    3. The reservation will take effect when the customer has filled in the reservation form, accepted these terms and conditions, and paid the reservation fee.

  3. Cancelling the reservation

    1. The customer may cancel the reservation by written notice to Juva Yachts. Juva Yachts may cancel the reservation for justifiable reasons by written notice to the customer.
    2. Juva Yachts will return the reservation fee within one (1) month of the cancellation. No interest will be paid.

  4. Ordering a Juva e/Y 30 boat

    1. As Juva Yachts begins the sales of the Juva e/Y 30 boat, Juva Yachts will contact the reservation holder by e-mail and offer the possibility to design and customize their boat together with Juva Yachts, and to make a binding purchase order. Juva Yachts reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the reservation holder does not make a binding purchase order within one (1) month of being offered the possibility to design and customize their boat.
    2. If the reservation holder does not respond to any communication from Juva Yachts within one (1) month of the first contact without a justifiable reason approved by Juva Yachts, the reservation holder will lose their reservation, and the reservation fee will not be returned.

  5. Other terms

    1. The final design, customization options, specifications, features, and price of the Juva e/Y 30 boat may differ from the information available and estimated at the time of the reservation.
    2. The reservation cannot be transferred to another party or made on behalf of another person or company without the prior written approval of Juva Yachts.

Juva Yachts e/y 28 -ennakkovarausehdot

Näitä ehdot koskevat Juva Yachts Oy:ltä (”Juva Yachts”) tekemääsi Juva e/y 28 -veneen ennakkovarausta.

  1. Ennakkovarauksen tarkoitus ja sisältö

    1. Juva Yachts on aloittamassa Juva e/y 28 -sähköveneen valmistuksen ja tarjoaa veneen hankinnasta kiinnostuneille mahdollisuuden tehdä ennakkovaraus ja varmistaa mahdollisuus tilata vene ensimmäisten joukossa.
    2. Tekemällä ennakkovarauksen ja maksamalla ennakkovarausmaksun varaaja varaa itselleen mahdollisuuden Juva Yachtsin myöhemmin ilmoittamana ajankohtana tehdä sitova tilaussopimus Juva e/y 28 -veneestä. Juva Yachts tarjoaa mahdollisuutta veneen tilaamiseen ennakkovarauksen tehneille ennen tilausten avaamista muille.
    3. Ennakkovaraus ei ole Juva e/y 28 -venettä koskeva tilaussopimus, eikä ennakkovaraus sido Juva Yachtsia tai varaajaa.

  2. Ennakkovaraus ja ennakkovarausmaksu

    1. Ennakkovarauksen yhteydessä Juva Yachts veloittaa varaajalta 500 euron (sis. alv.) ennakkovarausmaksun. Ennakkovarausmaksu laskutetaan varaajalta erikseen.
    2. Jos varaaja tekee sitovan tilaussopimuksen Juva e/y 28 -veneestä, ennakkovarausmaksu vähennetään kokonaisuudessaan veneen kauppahinnasta.
    3. Ennakkovaraus astuu voimaan, kun varaaja on täyttänyt ennakkovarauslomakkeen, hyväksynyt nämä ennakkovarausehdot ja maksanut ennakkovarausmaksun.

  3. Ennakkovarauksen peruutus

    1. Varaaja voi peruuttaa ennakkovarauksen ilmoittamalla peruutuksesta kirjallisesti Juva Yachtsille. Juva Yachts voi peruuttaa ennakkovarauksen perustellusta syystä ilmoittamalla peruutuksesta kirjallisesti varaajalle.
    2. Juva Yachts palauttaa ennakkovarausmaksun varaajalle yhden (1) kuukauden kuluessa tilauksen peruutuksesta. Ennakkovarausmaksulle ei makseta korkoa.

  4. Juva E/Y 28 -veneen tilaaminen

    1. Juva e/y 28 -veneen myynnin alkaessa Juva Yachts ottaa sähköpostitse yhteyttä varaajaan ja tarjoaa tilaajalle mahdollisuuden suunnitella ja räätälöidä venettä yhdessä Juva Yachtsin kanssa sekä tehdä sitova tilaus. Juva Yachts varaa oikeuden peruuttaa ennakkovaraus, mikäli varaaja ei tee sitovaa tilausta yhden (1) kuukauden kuluessa suunnittelu- ja räätälöintimahdollisuuden tarjoamisen jälkeen.
    2. Mikäli varaaja ei vastaa Juva Yachtsin yhteydenottoihin yhden (1) kuukauden kuluessa ensimmäisestä yhteydenotosta ilman perusteltua ja Juva Yachtsin hyväksymää syytä, varaaja menettää ennakkovarauksensa, eikä ennakkovarausmaksua palauteta.

  5. Muut ehdot

    1. Juva e/y 28 -veneen ulkonäkö, räätälöintimahdollisuudet, lopulliset ominaisuudet sekä hinta saattavat poiketa ennakkovaraushetken tiedoista ja arvioista.
    2. Ennakkovaraus on henkilö- tai yrityskohtainen, eikä ennakkovarausta voi tehdä toisen henkilön tai yrityksen puolesta tai siirtää toiselle henkilölle tai yritykselle ilman Juva Yachtsin etukäteistä kirjallista suostumusta.
